Terms of Participation — Halloween Event 2026

Minos Lab

1. Purpose and Eligible Applications

These terms govern participation in the Halloween 2026 event organized by Minos Lab. They apply to all Minos Lab applications in which the event is available and supplement each application’s general terms of use.

The event is notably available in Click for Cash and Click for Bitcoin. Certain additional offers and access requirements may depend on the application concerned.

By participating, users accept these terms.

2. Event Schedule

The ghost hunt runs from October 1, 2026, at 00:00 UTC through October 31, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC.

Halloween chests may only be opened and their rewards claimed from November 1, 2026, at 00:00 UTC through November 7, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC, inclusive.

No Halloween chest may be opened before this period, even if the user has already met all the necessary requirements.

From November 8, 2026, at 00:00 UTC, unused ghosts expire and can no longer be used to claim a reward. They will not carry over to another event.

All times are expressed in UTC, which may differ from the user’s local time.

3. Daily Ghost Hunt

Users may collect up to five ghosts per day by finding and collecting them within the application.

Ghosts may be hidden in various sections, including main pages, additional event pages, and pages featuring special offers. Users must explore the accessible areas to find them; simply logging in does not collect ghosts.

The daily limit resets at 00:00 UTC. Only the daily counter resets: ghosts already collected remain in the event balance until they are used or expire.

Ghosts not collected during a given day do not carry over and cannot be collected retroactively. The maximum number that can be collected over the event’s 31 days is 155 ghosts.

4. Access to Certain Ghosts and Offers

Some ghosts may be located in areas subject to access or progress requirements.

To find the ghosts hidden in the special offer linked to Guess the Image, users must have reached at least 300 coins in Click for Cash.

Participating in the Halloween hunt does not automatically unlock additional offers or waive their requirements. Users must allow sufficient time to complete any steps needed to access the relevant locations.

5. Chests and Use of Ghosts

Three types of Halloween chests are available. Each provides a reward whose details are displayed in the relevant application.

The Rare Chest provides a greater reward than the Common Chest. The Ultra Chest provides the highest Halloween reward because it requires additional participation in the Guess the Image event.

Each opening deducts the corresponding number of ghosts from the available balance. The same ghost cannot be used more than once.

With a maximum of 155 ghosts:

• Users may open up to seven Common Chests if they do not open a Rare or Ultra Chest.

• A Rare or Ultra Chest may be combined with one Common Chest, provided the user has collected at least 140 ghosts in total.

• The Rare and Ultra Chests cannot both be opened, as this would require 240 ghosts.

Users must consider their choices carefully: spending ghosts on Common Chests may leave an insufficient balance to open a Rare or Ultra Chest.

6. Additional Requirements for the Ultra Chest

The Ultra Chest is available in Click for Cash and Click for Bitcoin, provided all requirements are met.

Users must complete the Guess the Image event, accessible through the section represented by a chest icon, which contains the application’s various offers.

This event consists of eight steps, the final one requiring users to complete level 505. Reaching this level without completing it is not sufficient. All eight steps must be completed and validated within the relevant offer.

Once these requirements have been met, users may claim the reward associated with the Guess the Image event in its dedicated section, subject to that offer’s terms.

This reward is separate from the Halloween Ultra Chest reward. Any option to double the Guess the Image reward by watching advertisements is governed by that offer and does not automatically double the Ultra Chest reward.

Completing the Guess the Image event alone does not entitle users to the Ultra Chest. To open it, users must also:

• Have at least 120 unspent ghosts.

• Have the Guess the Image offer requirements validated at the time of opening.

• Request the chest opening during the claim period, from November 1 through November 7, 2026, inclusive.

Under no circumstances may the Ultra Chest be claimed before November 1, 2026.

7. Claiming Rewards

Halloween rewards are not automatically granted merely because a user holds ghosts or has completed an additional event.

Users must visit the dedicated section and take the required action to open the chest and claim its reward within the specified period.

Each reward is subject to the usage conditions displayed in the relevant application. Receiving a reward does not waive any general conditions applicable to its use.

Failure to claim a reward before the deadline does not entitle users to an extension, a late opening, or a replacement reward, subject to their statutory rights.

8. Reminder Notifications

Notifications may remind users to collect their daily ghosts.

These notifications can be disabled in the phone’s settings, under the notification settings for the relevant application, rather than through an internal application menu.

Notifications are provided as a convenience. Their delivery and display may depend on permissions, connectivity, and device settings. They do not replace checking the event schedule.

Users remain responsible for logging in and collecting their daily ghosts. Disabling notifications, failing to check a reminder, or forgetting to log in does not entitle users to make-up collections.

9. Missed Collections, Errors, and Technical Issues

No additional ghosts or make-up collections are provided to compensate for a user’s absence, forgetfulness, incomplete collection, navigation error, or mismanagement of their ghost balance.

If a technical issue occurs or a reward is missing despite the requirements having been met, users should promptly contact support at contact@minoslab.com, providing:

• The application name.

• Their user ID.

• The date and a precise description of the issue.

• Any relevant screenshots.

Submitting a report does not guarantee additional ghosts or a reward. Minos Lab reviews the available information and makes appropriate corrections where justified.

The expiration and no-make-up rules do not affect users’ statutory rights in the event of a failure attributable to Minos Lab. The event’s closure does not prevent users from reporting an issue concerning a reward claimed within the applicable deadline.

10. Fraud and Account Bans

Participation remains subject to the application’s rules, including those concerning fraud, cheating, unauthorized automation, and exploitation of technical defects.

An account ban imposed during the event for a justified violation of these rules may result in exclusion from the event and loss of access to unclaimed rewards. Previous participation, time spent, and ghosts collected do not, by themselves, create an entitlement to compensation as a result of this exclusion.

Ghosts or rewards obtained fraudulently may be revoked.

Users may appeal a sanction by contacting support. These provisions remain subject to users’ statutory rights and the correction of any sanction imposed in error.
